Alex has always had a passion for helping people feel their best, and has been successful by using a variety of techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point release, and myofascial techniques. Since graduating, Alex has taken additional courses such as Cupping, Hot Stone Massage and Instrument Assissted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).

Besides Massage Therapy, Alex is highly active at the Fire Hall, in the gym and enjoys spending time with his dogs and his family.
